This book can be read on its own. Bodyguard of Lies (Book 1) introduces the characters of Hannah and Neeley. This book's plot shows them in action as part of the Cellar. The Cellar also makes an appearance in several of my other series, notably Nightstalkers and Time Patrol. It was considered for option by George Clooney's production company.

Regular police are not trained or capable of dealing with these highly trained and experienced operators.
